Peraton Important Message: Sunday Update: For Anyone Still Affected by the July 19 PC Outage
If your Peraton PC is still affected by Friday’s outage, please take the opportunity today to check your Peraton email for updated instructions to recover your Peraton PC. We are seeing positive results from users who’ve followed the email instructions; they spent just a few minutes on the fix. The updated instructions include additional ways you can request help Monday morning if you’re still experiencing issues. You can access your inbox through Okta (https://sso.peraton.com or https://peratongovt.okta.com) on any device or through The Lens Apps tab.
Note: You can use the Okta links to sign any outstanding timesheets or to update them as needed.
If you need additional support, please submit a PC or Peripheral Hardware Support request or comment on the status of your existing ticket. You may also contact Peraton's IT Service Desk through the Service Desk portal or by calling 833.994.2449.
If, come Monday, you are still not operational, the IT team will provide support, as we outlined in the Sunday, July 21, email.
