So I'm an idiot and I'm apologizing now for the inconvenience, I tried to shred papers and I got too many in there I tried to have it go backwards and I did get most of it cleared out but one area so I got frustrated and said hell with it. I would appreciate it if you could correct the issue for me please and thank you. I went thru my papers and such and have a grocery bag in the trash now. So I'm sorry and thank you for taking care of it.
