The lease is between Kathleen Murray and Ghareeb Properties only. We have not heard from Kathleen for a good while. I personally went down and spoke with her a few months ago and she promised that she will be back on track as it relates to her responsibilities. I do not even have a telephone number for her. Her rent is overdue for December and now January along with late fees. We delivered a letter to her around the 15th of December and we will stand by what the letter stated. I'm unaware of anything that needs to be done to that apartment. Should there be anything that needs to be done, the rent would have to be paid first. Also, any damages to the premises are not my responsibility but Kathleen's. Again, I'll repeat. If the rent is not caught up by the end of January I will assume she has vacated the premises peacefully and the locks will be changed. There is a wait list for that property location and I can add your name to the list if you so desire. Please note that the lady that is taking care of our rentals at this time is Missy Harper and you can speak to her or leave her a message 304-755-3931.
