No, I haven't. I think the problem may actually be my gas pedal. The throttle/pedal position sensor is either not sending data correctly or is not being read correctly.

Right... The O2 sensor would throw off the computer at 1st but it won't fall on it face when you push the throttle

And that's what the bottom 4 lines are. Those are what's causing the throttle issues.

So, those other two codes, 2122 and 2127, are specific to the accelerator pedal. I suspect I may have messed something up when trying to pull the wire through.
