So, I had a thohght. I have a DeWalt DW660. it's a cut out rotary tool. 30k RPMs. I also have one of those flex shafts for a Dremel. I attached it to the DW660 with that foot switch I have. I added a wire wheel to the flexible shaft and it works pretty well. You could port and polish with this setup. We'd need better bits though.
