Also, I find out what my pay raise will be in a week, which will take effect on 4/18. We need to get our spending under control so we can fix up the things we broke around here, prepare to sell, and cover the closing costs. Then we will need funds for moving and potential closing costs on a new place. I don't know where I want to move yet but I don't want it to be as expensive as this place and I would like a bit of land. I'm not thinking of 10 acres or anything but something where we can have some privacy, the kids can get out and have some fun without dickhead neighbors.
