What kind of hole? Round, square? Size? I have metal drill bits, I have an oscillating tool, I have an angle grinder... So, depends on what kind of hole and the size :)

Okay. I'd probably use the angle grinder for the majority of it and tin snips for the rest. Like, and grinder until about 1/2" from the edge, then tin snips.
